By creating an account or using Spentto, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they are written to be clear, not long.
Spentto is a personal expense tracking tool. It lets you scan receipts, extract purchase data, organize spending into groups, and view monthly analytics — all in Indonesian Rupiah. Spentto does not provide financial advice, banking, payments, or investment services.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Spentto. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at info@spentto.com.
One person per account. You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of someone else without their consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You own the expense data, receipt images, and records you create in Spentto. By uploading content, you grant Spentto a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you.
We will not sell your data or use it for purposes other than operating Spentto. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
AI-powered receipt extraction is provided as a convenience. Extracted results are estimates and may contain errors — amounts, item names, or dates may be incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting all data before saving. Spentto is not liable for financial decisions made based on unreviewed extracted data.
The Google Sheets sync feature is optional. When enabled, Spentto writes your expense data to a spreadsheet in your Google Drive. You are responsible for managing access to that spreadsheet. Spentto is not responsible for data shared from your spreadsheet with third parties.
We aim to keep Spentto available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime.
Spentto is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spentto and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including loss of data, financial loss, or business interruption.
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. This action is irreversible — exported data before deletion is recommended.
We may update these terms as Spentto evolves. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Spentto after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
